WELL BEING GENERATION

Well being generation – prevent depression and strengthen youth mental resilience.

WELL BEING GENERATION is an international project created in response to one of the most pressing challenges of our time — youth mental health.

In a rapidly changing world, shaped by educational pressure, adaptation challenges, and the influence of social media, young people are increasingly struggling with stress, low mood, and emotional difficulties.

The project brings together the experience of partners from different European countries to develop practical and effective solutions that support the mental well-being of young people and strengthen their resilience.

Objectives

  • Strengthening the competencies of teachers, trainers, and educators in working with young people experiencing mental health difficulties

  • Promoting healthy ways of coping with stress

  • Increasing young people’s awareness of mental health and emotional self-regulation

  • Developing interpersonal skills that support building healthy relationships

  • Providing access to modern digital tools that support well-being

  • Development of active tools and methods that can be implemented in everyday work with young people

  • Dissemination activities such as:

    • expert articles
