WAVES is a foundation focusing on Global Education as a pedagogical approach that prepares us to address the world's most pressing issues collaboratively, equitably, and sustainably.
In WAVES, we work with non-formal and informal education methods as we truly believe that these practices can help people, especially young people, develop their capacity to be informed, open-minded, and responsible citizens, who are responsive to diverse perspectives and challenges on an individual and community level.
We believe young people are the main changemakers, therefore our efforts are to ensure their active participation in their communities in all aspects of life.

We believe that women’s place is everywhere where decisions have been made. Achieving gender equality will have a significant positive impact on the world from education and health sector, to businesses, reduced poverty and economy as such, as well as general well-being of societies.

Our focus is on the development of environmental awareness through lifelong learning education on environment, development and sustainability.
Community Engangement
Community engagement is especially important when facing crises, and changes need to be made. Our focus is on learning, education and awareness that would empower every individual and equip them with the skills and knowledge acquired to become active citizens enabled to make informed decisions.
Culture of Peace, Conflict Prevention & Resolution
The establishment and promotion of a culture of peace and conflict prevention & resolution are at the core of development of societies and communities who can coexist peacefully regardless their socio-cultural background, political and religious views and/or sexual orientation etc.
The World nowadays is an ever-changing and interconnected place, a place where we must act to cultivate empathy; strengthen solidarity, and encourage respect more than ever.
Our mission is to improve the patterns of learning and skills development towards inclusive societies with active global citizens where hate, discrimination and inequalities have been eliminated with common efforts.
