ABOUT THIS TRAINING

Schools across Europe are reporting unprecedented levels of student stress, dysregulation, behavioural challenges, and post-pandemic trauma.


EC and OECD research highlight the urgency of:


  • Trauma-sensitive classroom practices,

  • Early identification of emotional and behavioural dysregulation,

  • Whole-school well-being frameworks,

  • Supporting refugee and migrant children exposed to adversity,

  • Teacher well-being and burnout prevention,

  • Alternatives to punitive discipline,

  • Social-emotional learning (SEL) integration.



This 7-day training builds practical capacity for safe, emotionally regulated, resilient learning environments through evidence-based trauma-informed approaches.

Target group:

Pre-primary, primary, and secondary teachers

Format:

7 full days (35–40 hours)

Discipline focus:

Humanities, culture, social sciences (adaptable across subjects)

  • Integrate SEL micro-practices (3–8 minutes) into any lesson
