ABOUT THIS TRAINING

Across EU and EC reports, schools face urgent challenges in:

  • Intercultural dialogue and diversity-sensitive teaching

  • Socio-emotional learning (SEL) and trauma-informed approaches

  • Integration of migrant and refugee students

  • Fostering belonging and preventing marginalisation

  • Strengthening teacher capacity to manage diverse classrooms


This course equips teachers with competencies, tools and niche methodologies to transform diversity into learning assets and build inclusive, resilient, culturally responsive classrooms.


This training course is aligned with the following:

EU Council Recommendation on Promoting Inclusion and EU Values; EC Guidelines on Well-being in Schools; OECD “Equity in Education”; EU Roma Strategic Framework; Integration of migrant children in education.

Pre-primary, primary & secondary teachers

Format:

7 full days (35–40 hours)
