
ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This 7-day course equips teachers to integrate gender equality, inclusion, diversity awareness, and anti-discrimination principles into everyday teaching.
Participants learn to recognize biases, design inclusive materials, support marginalized learners, prevent gender stereotyping, and foster equitable classroom dynamics.
It combines EU and Council of Europe policies, child rights education, intersectionality frameworks, and practical classroom strategies.
Target audience:
Pre-primary, primary, and secondary teachers;
youth workers;
school administrators.
Format:
Experiential & practice-oriented with creative and humanities-based methods.
Unique angle:
Intersectional, human-rights-based, culturally responsive, with emphasis on micro-behavioural change, school culture building, and niche tools used in progressive education.
